Reasonable questions to ask first.
- What does the £395 cover?
- The complete Clear Direction package: the initial 30-minute consultation, an independent marketing and website review, a written audit with prioritised recommendations, a personalised video walkthrough and a follow-up meeting. It is not a charge for the first 30 minutes alone.
- Is there a subscription or retainer?
- No. Clear Direction is a single one-off fee, with no subscription and no required retainer.
- Do I need to do the Clear View first?
- No. Clear View is free and useful, but it is not a prerequisite for Clear Direction.
- Do you work online or in person?
- Most of the work happens over video calls. In-person is available across the North East by arrangement.
- Can we just have a chat first?
- Yes. Getting to Know You is a free, relaxed chat with no sales pitch and no obligation. It is separate from the initial consultation that is part of the paid Clear Direction package.
- How quickly do you reply?
- I aim to reply within two working days.
