Do you work online or in person?: Most coaching happens over video calls — kinder on your diary. In-person is available across the North East by arrangement.
How quickly do you reply?: Within two working days — usually sooner.
Is a first call free?: Yes. A short discovery call is the sensible way to work out whether we're a good fit before anyone commits.
Where are you based?: North East England. Clients typically sit across Newcastle, Gateshead, Durham, Sunderland, Northumberland and Teesside.
Do you promise a certain number of leads?: No. Anyone who does is either misleading you or about to. Coaching builds a system that makes enquiries more predictable — nothing more, nothing less.
