Using this site

This website and its content are provided for general information. Content remains the property of Clear North Marketing.

Clear View

Clear View is a free, rules-based first-pass assessment produced from the answers you give. It is not a full audit and is not a promise of leads, rankings or revenue. Decisions you take based on it remain your own.

Clear Direction

Clear Direction is a one-off engagement carried out personally by James Houlder. The fee is £395 for the complete package, which comprises:

• Initial 30-minute consultation
• Independent marketing and website review
• Written audit with prioritised recommendations
• Personalised explanatory video walkthrough
• Follow-up meeting, included in the fee

£395 is a single one-off fee for the complete package — not a charge for the initial consultation alone. There is no subscription and no required retainer, and the follow-up meeting is included — it is not charged again. Completing the free Clear View is not a prerequisite.

Clear Direction is an advisory service. It does not include implementation of the recommendations, ongoing management of your marketing or any guarantee of leads, rankings or revenue.

Booking and payment

Online booking is not yet open. When it is, you choose a time on this site, and payment is taken on Stripe’s own hosted checkout page. Clear North Marketing does not take card payments on this website and does not store card details. An appointment is only confirmed once Stripe has confirmed the payment and the calendar invitation has been created — reaching a confirmation page by itself does not create a booking.

Cancelling or rescheduling an appointment in a calendar does not by itself refund a payment taken by Stripe. Any refund is handled separately.

Scheduling, rescheduling, cancellation, refund and tax arrangements for Clear Direction are still being confirmed and will be published here before paid booking opens. Until then, arrangements are agreed in writing with you before any work begins or any payment is taken.

Liability

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, Clear North Marketing is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, the free assessment or the recommendations in a Clear Direction audit.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
